Pinellas County Economic Development Department’s Business Development Center mission is to strengthen entrepreneurship and develop businesses that stimulate the economy and foster business retention. The BDC offers a variety of programs to advance job creation, support business growth and expansion, and enhance business innovation. Services include business training, small business enterprise development, financial technical assistance, contracting and procurement programs, in addition to business assistance and counseling.
